My house has two large chimney flues in the sitting room and during my first winter I was seriously concerned I’d never be able to afford to keep it warm. Then I was advised to block off the flues and some research led me to Chimella. What a great product. The room is noticeably warmer and as it’s so easy to insert and remove, I always block the flue when not using the fire – even in summer. My friends who use awkward, mess-creating chimney balloons, on the other hand, can only bear to go through the removal process once a year – so if they unblock too early they just have to put up with the cold! I must also mention the great service I received from Simon. I managed to get one of my chimellas jammed (despite the ease of operation) because I didn’t follow the instructions properly – but nothing was too much trouble for Simon who personally sorted out everything for me. I couldn’t recommend Chimella more highly.

I recently bought a Chimella and an issue fitting it. Within 5 minutes of me contacting, Simon rung me and walked me through the best way to fit it. Only been 4 days but we definitely already feel the difference. Great product!
