I have two of the standard size Chimella draught excluders. I’ve found that they help the rooms stay noticeably warmer and are very effective at reducing movement of cold air down the chimney on windy days.
Fitting and removing them is very easy and the customer service is marvellous.
I have been using them for about 2 years and i used my stomach to reload as I have injured my hand. Big mistake and totally my fault I broke the handle joint. Customer service was amazing and totally refreshing. Although it was obviously my fault and I offered to buy a new part, Customer service just sent me a new part with no cost and the only payment was to spread the good word of how great the Chimella his.
