Here is a review for the product:

The Chimella does exactly what we were told it would do! We have an old Cottage and when the fire is not lit, the chimney creates a very cold room by the amount of cold air coming down into the room. This is now easily stopped with the Chimella. After accidental breaking one of the arms I contacted Chimella for help.
Great customer service with a call from Simon to help with a replacement and prompt delivery.

I bought my Chimella back in the beginning of 2015 and used my Chimella every day since. The Chimella is a superb product, saves heat, prevents soot and debris fall, and is easy to manage and operate. What more can you ask for?!

Great customer service also as I accidentally snapped the handle rather than using a squidge of WD40. Handle was replaced no problem that day hassle free. What a lovely company to deal with and a fantastic product which I would recommend to any body.
