We got the Chimella on Saturday at the Ideal Home Show in London. I thought it was a funny little thing but still wanted to see if it makes any difference… and what difference it made!
We installed it on Sunday afternoon and turned the heating on towards the evening as always. It was on for about an hour when we all agreed it’s time to turn it off as it was actually really warm in the house.
I have to laugh thinking I doubted it will make a big difference. Very please we got it. It really made a difference for the whole house, not just the ground floor where the fireplace is.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my Chimella but in spite of the fact that it was 18months old (and totally my fault) Simon kindly replaced it free of charge.
