We’re really pleased with our Chimella, our living room is noticeably warmer after fitting it! We’ve just moved to a new house and the daily ‘it’s freezing in this room’ conversation has stopped now. I had some initial issues trying to get it to fit inside our particular chimney – the example used on the main video on the website didn’t work for me, as our chimney is a different shape and so I wasn’t using the correct technique. Simon from the company was incredibly helpful and talked me through exactly what I needed to do by video call. Now that I understand where and how to fit it, it is straightforward to use (I need to put it up as high as I can in my chimney to get past the slope bit and up into the main cylinder). I bought my Chimella back in the beginning of 2015 and used my Chimella every day since. The Chimella is a superb product, saves heat, prevents soot and debris fall, and is easy to manage and operate. What more can you ask for?!
Great customer service also as I accidentally snapped the handle rather than using a squidge of WD40. Handle was replaced no problem that day hassle free. What a lovely company to deal with and a fantastic product which I would recommend to any body.
