The Chimella has been fitted for a few months now and we have recently had some really cold times. The front room is draught-free and much, much warmer. One bonus which I am not sure you or anyone else has realised; this is a modern house with the chimney built on the outside (in other words the chimney sticks out from the side of the house). This chimney runs on the outside of our bedroom. The Chimella has made this room a hell of a lot warmer as well as, I suppose, there is not a continuous cold draught running down the chimney making the outside wall cold. Well done and I hope you are really successful and The Dragons have to eat their words.

We purchased the Chimella a number of years ago from Chimella’s exhibition stall at the Ideal Home Exhibition. We have an open plan layout in the house where we loose a lot of heat which is why we purchased the Chimella to help. Once installed we instantly felt a difference in the warmth of the living room. The Chimella has served us well over the years and more recently customer service has been excellent with dealing and resolving an issue (of my own making) in helping with a repair. Great product, even better service – highly recommended!
Outstanding Product! – we have a large 27m2 listed living room and large fireplace, couldn’t heat the room well with central heating, and once warm it lost its heat within the hour of turning the heating off. Not any more… the chimella is amazing! the room heats in a quarter of the time and stays warm for hours. Anyone who has a chimney MUST get one, it will pay for its self within the year; and it really is easy to use. I really can’t praise the product enough.
