I had read previous reports praising Simon and his customer service, I now know myself just how good it is. I received my Chimella this morning and thought I had broken it, it appeared to be stuck open! I sent a message from the website and within half an hour Simon phoned, then Whats Apped me to see exactly what had gone wrong. To my relief, I just had to apply a bit more pressure on the button (2 thumbs instead of 1)!! I’m hoping its the right size, it’s gone up and stayed up, so I’m looking forward to a warmer front room in my Victorian top floor flat. Many thanks for the VERY efficient delivery and help

I have two of the standard size Chimella draught excluders. I’ve found that they help the rooms stay noticeably warmer and are very effective at reducing movement of cold air down the chimney on windy days.

Fitting and removing them is very easy and the customer service is marvellous.

I have been using them for about 2 years and  i used my stomach to reload as I have injured my hand. Big mistake and totally my fault I broke the handle joint. Customer service was amazing and totally refreshing. Although it was obviously my fault and I offered to buy a new part, Customer service just sent me a new part with no cost and the only payment was to spread the good word of how great the Chimella his. What a company.
