Thank you Si for sending me a replacement Chimella, it was especially good of you as it was due to the chimney taking in water that damaged the first one and not a direct problem with your product. I have to say that it makes an amazing difference to the temperature in my house, I couldn’t recommend it more, far superior to the other ways I have previously tried, as it is so easy and clean to use especially folding up so neatly. I can’t remember the last time someone actually wanted to hear about a query I have had. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone listen sincerely and really want to help. Just a quick note to say we bought 4 chimellas from you last year at Grand Designs. I promised myself that I would not buy anything from the show but with your convincing pitch I did. Well I must say that the chimney umbrella is by far the best product I have ever bought.
I was a bit skeptical at how good you said they would be but I must say I now think that you were completely right.

They went in all very easy (after I read the instructions – typical man) and within minutes I could noticeably tell the difference. The real proof came this week when I re evaluated my energy bills and found that we have been reduced by £60 per month.

Many thanks for your help today. I apparently have one of your first designs from 6 years ago and you offered me the chance to Facetime to show me how to do some maintenance and to help me to smooth out the action of my chimella which had become slow.
