Thanks for coming out the other day.

It seems it was my fault that I could not get the umbrella to fit as I had not adjusted it properly.

Not many businesses would come out to fit the umbrella and not charge for it.

Having bought 8 of these on a whim at grand designs the pressure was on for this product to work; our Victorian house was draughty from all angles we simply hadn’t realised quite how much we were loosing up the chimney. The Chimella umbrellas did exactly what they were supposed to do simply and quickly we would happily recommend this to anyone.
