Many thanks for your help today. I apparently have one of your first designs from 2013 so we disputed where the hexagonal part and where the round part of the shafts sat. You offered me the chance to Facetime to resolve this issue and to help me to smooth out the action of my chimella which had become slow.

We purchased the Chimella a number of years ago from Chimella’s exhibition stall at the Ideal Home Exhibition. We have an open plan layout in the house where we loose a lot of heat which is why we purchased the Chimella to help. Once installed we instantly felt a difference in the warmth of the living room. The Chimella has served us well over the years and more recently customer service has been excellent with dealing and resolving an issue (of my own making) in helping with a repair. Great product, even better service – highly recommended!

I purchased my Chimella approximately 2 years ago & it has been a brilliant energy saving gadget keeping out the drafts. Unfortunately I was a bit heavy handed & ended up with a malfunction. I made contact with the company via telephone & left a message asking to be contacted. Simon got back to me very quickly & did some troubleshooting via FaceTime. It allowed Simon to diagnose the problem & ascertain that it couldn’t be repaired. As I was going to have to purchase a new one Simon offered me a goodwill gesture discount which allowed me to make a good saving. Have ordered my new Chimella & looking forward to receiving it. Simon I must applaud you for your excellent customer service. Thanks again.
